Hi everyone I’m revising my investment check list and wanted to see what everyone else has on theirs
Mine currently includes:
financial metrics such as an ROE and ROCE above 15%, price to earnings of less then 10 and an operating margin above 10%.
Quality items such as consistent growth over a 5 year period. Profitable or forecast profitable within 12 months and preferably Preferably a net cash position
More miscellaneous items in check list, with owner operated business if not management must own stock. A good company culture that enhances their employed and doesn’t exploit them. Management that are not over promotional. finally they operate in a safe jurisdiction.
