Executive Summary
Intandem Films plc focuses on executive production and international sales and marketing of feature films. The management team has extensive contacts with producers around the world who supply film projects, as well as with film financiers and distributors in all major territories. Through such contacts the Group assists the producer in organising the financing of a film and for its services as an executive producer earns fees ranging between 1 and 3 per cent. of the film's budget. Following production, when Intandem acts as international sales and marketing agent of the film it earns commission of between 10 and 25 per cent. of the gross sales to international distributors, who sell to cinema, television, DVD and other media. The management team of Intandem has been involved in the acquisition, financing and international sales of around twenty feature films including Shooting Fish, Last Orders and Heartbreakers each of which were released in cinemas in the USA.
