Inditherm Plc, the supplier of heating products using its unique carbon polymer technology, announced in September that it plans to exit the Industrial Process Solutions portion of its business so that it can focus its resources on its medical products business.

Today, Inditherm announced that it has signed an agreement with a wholly owned subsidiary of Systems ADI Group Ltd. called ADI Inditherm Ltd. to distribute Inditherm's process heating products for the food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and petrochemicals markets. Systems ADI Group is a Birmingham based multi-discipline engineering company and industrial systems integrator. ADI will market Inditherm products, while Inditherm will continue to hold the intellectual property rights to the technology and manufacture the polymer heating elements. ADI will pay Inditherm a nominal amount for the business as well as pay up to £10,000 towards implementing the agreement. Inditherm employees involved in the Industrial Process Solutions division will transfer over to the new entity.
