I have had a port folio running for over six months now and I am a bit puzzled with the overview section with regard to dividend income.
Although the shares do attract a dividend, the "dividend income" section has remained at zero.
If the folio does not have this function, then why is it there? or have I missed something.

I think you need to add dividends manually, then they will appear, in the dividend income section.
Yes you will need to add the dividend manually for each stock, if you click on the settings wheel of the stock in your portfolio you want to add the dividend too and select add transaction.
Once in transactions select dividends from the drop down menu.
You will then have to select the date the dividend was paid. This information can be found in the StockReport of the company in the accounts menu under dividend summary. The number of stocks and dividend will self populate and you will need to click on them to confirm the figures. Hope this helps.

Yes. Lucky you don't have monthly dividends.
I have just set up an Income folio, so I may start doing this, not bothered before, it is a bit of a pain. Stockopedia don't even do it on their Guru income screens., which seems a bit pointless.

Nothing goes in automatically on Stockopedia folios. On Sharepad folios there is an "add dividends automatically" button, which goes through the folio and brings up a list of dividends for approval before applying. I really don't know why Stocko can't implement something like this - they clearly have the data (it comes up as the suggested value when you enter them manually provided you get the payment date correct), which means it would be a simple programming task to apply them for the whole folio, and an easy UI task to add the interface for it (just adding "Add dividends automatically" in the transactions drop-down list would be OK and not clutter anything).
