Can anybody help FTSE option trading platforms and opportunities in UK. I looked IG options..but there spread is very high and there is no option pay off chart facility..only directional trades possible.......Any other regulated option trading platofrms ?please help

I’ve not used traded options in a very long time but I believe Saxo offer the facility across a broad range of markets and products including U.K. equities. I’ve found their other services I use excellent. Here is a link you can follow up on for more information.
