I dabble in the US stock market but try to mainly keep to UK. However the work and insight that QuiverQuantitative do, plus looking for insider buys on Openinsider has led to some nice profits if in early. 

Does anyone else use the sites or know of other similar sites?

I also use Dataroma to see what the hedge funds are buying. 

These aren't concrete ways of getting profit but with some extra research it can be a good way to add gains.
