I just wondered if anyone had any thoughts on why the share price of Cenkos Securities (LON:CNKS) has drifted so badly over the last couple of months, despite the fact that a merger is agreed with finnCap (LON:FCAP) at a price significantly above the current price level.
It is a share based deal, Cenkos shareholders get approx. 3.2 finnCap (LON:FCAP) shares, but those shares are down to 8.75p, so only worth about 28p now.
