Axon is a business transformation consultancy that designs, implements and supports solutions that address complex business issues faced by large organisations who have selected SAP as their strategic enterprise platform. Axon has evolved from an implementation consultancy into a full service provider that meets all the Business Consulting, Solutions Implementation and Applications Management needs of large organizations to enable them to successfully deliver major business transformation programs. Axon now has offices in the Americas, Asia-Pacific and Europe and turned over more than £204m (US $385m) in 2007.

Company History

  • Founded in 1994 Axon was built on the principle of employing the best consultants in the market and delivering programmes using small teams of experts.
  • After listing on the London Stock Exchange and being named New plc of the Year by the Financial Times and PwC in 1999 Axon went on to deliver numerous firsts in the SAP market space including the first to implement Business Warehouse, Strategic Enterprise Management and eBusiness solutions in the UK.
  • In 2001 Axon acquired leading business consultancy Bywater to broaden its offering in the management consultancy space, delivering strategy, process and organizational transformation programmes.
  • In 2005, Axon acquired Feanix Corporation, a leading US business transformation consultancy and has continued its expansion in the US in 2006 with the acquisition of three further SAP consultancies; TUI Consulting, PremierHR and Zytalis Inc. In 2007, Axon further expanded its Asia-Pacific region with the acquisition of JSPC.
