iShares IV plc (the "Company")

 

iShares MSCI EM SRI UCITS ETF (the "Fund")

(ISIN(s): IE00BYVJRP78, IE00BGDQ0T50)

 

 

13(th) May 2024

 

The Directors of iShares IV plc (the "Company") wish to advise you of certain
changes that will be made by the index provider, MSCI Limited ("MSCI"), to the
MSCI EM SRI Select Reduced Fossil Fuel Index, the benchmark index of the Fund
(the "Index").

 

The changes being made are not expected to have a material effect on the
manner in which your investment is managed. You are not required to do
anything as a result of this notification.

 

The changes are anticipated to take effect on or around 3 June 2024 (the
"Effective Date").

 

A new version of the Company prospectus will be published on or around the
Effective Date, subject to Central Bank of Ireland approval.

 

An electronic copy of the full shareholder letter shall be made available
shortly for inspection
