iShares II plc (the "Company")

 

iShares MSCI Europe SRI UCITS ETF (the "Fund")

(ISINs: IE000CR424L6, E00BGDPWW94, IE00BMDBMG37, IE00B52VJ196)

 

13(th) May 2024

 

The Directors of iShares II plc (the "Company") wish to advise you of certain
changes that will be made by the index provider, MSCI Limited ("MSCI"), to the
MSCI Europe SRI Select Reduced Fossil Fuel Net Index, the benchmark index of
the Fund (the "Index"). As a result of the changes to the Index, the index
tracking investment strategy (and therefore the investment policy) of the Fund
will be changed from non-replicating to replicating.

 

The changes being made are not expected to have a material effect on the
manner in which your investment is managed. You are not required to do
anything as a result of this notification.

 

The changes are anticipated to take effect on or around 3 June 2024 (the
"Effective Date").

 

A new version of the Company prospectus will be published on or around the
Effective Date, subject to Central Bank of Ireland approval.

 

An electronic copy of the full shareholder letter shall be made available
shortly for inspection
